Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship to all locations within Canada and the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please note, we are based in Canada, and all orders are dispatched from our warehouse located here.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; MelloMary has no control over these charges, nor can MelloMary predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
